Shipping (International & Domestic)

Orders placed with Raum Goods will generally ship within 1-3 business days. We do our best to ship as fast as possible so please be mindful.

If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify us info@raumgoods.com as early as possible.

Raum Goods is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased.

We offer International shipping only to a select number of countries at this time. The customer is responsible for all IMPORT DUTIES / CUSTOMS Fees. This can be upwards of $100 USD so please keep this in mind when purchasing from outside the US. Please note the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with any returns AND exchanges from outside the US / International orders.
